Small Group Personal Training
Our small group program is created for our clients to have an affordable solution to personal training while still building strength, increasing performance, and burning body fat with their friends. We progress through lifting heavy weights and conditioning, making sure that our program is structured for you to improve consistently. The groups consist of 4-12 members. Our coaches will make sure that your specific needs are tended to with modifications tailored to the individual when necessary. We strive to ensure that each workout will be enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding – making sure that you leave the session better than when you walked in every single time.
In order to achieve the best results possible a combination of strength, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery are critical and we find that the accountability of a group is higher than being on your own. With our small group training you will be working with your friends who will be in the trenches with you adding that extra motivation on days where you just need it! Our coaches are always willing to provide guidance and feedback, not only during the session itself (duh!), but also nutritionally and through different recovery techniques as well. With memberships as low as $30/week, you will not find a better value in the area.
BASH Conditioning Boot Camps
If you are looking for fun, high intensity, fat burning workouts then you’re going to want to check out our conditioning sessions. Our conditioning boot camp is designed to burn body fat and improve heart health all while maintaining your lean muscle mass and joint health. Anybody can simply make you tired, but not everybody can make you better each and every session. BASH conditioning sessions are for all levels of fitness with modifications that can be made to fit your specific needs.
Semi Private Personal Training
Why would I choose Semi Private training instead of Small Group Personal Training? BASH Semi Private training is our most personalized service which is 100% individualized to you. Maybe you are just starting out or you’re looking for a specific result. Or maybe you need the added accountability or would benefit from personalized nutrition coaching. Our Semi Private Personal Training package includes access to a coach, personalized programming tailored towards your goals specifically, personalized nutrition coaching, access to accountability software through our app, and recommendations of what to do outside of the gym to maximize results. Our Semi Private package also grants you access to unlimited Conditioning Boot Camps in addition to your personal sessions.
