Results mean something different to everybody, but we guarantee that you’ll experience a noticeable shift in how you feel during your first session at BASH!

You can expect to be at the gym for about 1 hour. Each session begins with a 5-10 minute warm up followed by a 5 minute breakdown of the workout. The workout itself takes 45 minutes.

No! All memberships allow for flexible scheduling through our member portal. Simply sign up in advance to secure your spot! You can find our full schedule on the membership page HERE

Yes! Our coaches are experienced and trained to modify exercises according to limitations, injuries, or fitness level as well as challenging each individual during each session.

Our strength groups have a maximum of 15 members and our cardio bootcamps are maxed out at 20 members.

All of our nutrition programs involve an in depth nutrition consultation beforehand. Our plans are made from scratch and tailored to your specifications.
